Increase occupancy with new tenants

1. Find tenants online (ie. Advertise ‘rooms for rent’ on Facebook, related groups and communities, social media, online)
2. Find tenants offline (ie. dealing with HR/corporate or employers to offer employee benefits with free room accommodation, identify merchant partners for referrals)
3. Follow up with prospect room for rent enquiries
4. Filter quality tenants with credit reports
5. Assist in developing tenant orientation program for new tenants
6. Assist in identifying tenant ambassadors as TheKatil talents for employers
7. Conduct check ins, check outs, periodic site visit and room inspections
8. Communicate house rules and rental terms effectively to new tenants
9. Increase positive reviews for theKatil units
10. Manage CRM & PMS with team of room rental specialists to maximise room occupancy

Deliver happiness to existing tenants

1. Support tenants needs during their rental terms at theKatil
2. Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance and marketing team to increase tenant satisfaction and reduce tenant dissatisfaction
3. Provide 5-star hospitality services to tenants
4. Follow SOP procedures to ensure tenants are serviced with a smile from pre-check in to post check out stage

Optimise tenant experience (if required)

1. Ensure delivery of merchant services according to Service Level Agreement
2. Ensure all health and safety statutory obligations are adhered to by tenants
3. Ensure all accident and incident reporting, including insurance and statutory forms and procedures are correctly adhered to
4. Monitor shuttle bus services provided

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Psychology or Social Sciences
• Pro-active, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet targets/deadlines
• Ideally have experience in small business, rental management, MNC/corporate or real estate agent experience

Remuneration:

• Starting from RM1000-3000 per month with commission depending on work experiences
